An individual coaching track will help you gain insight and skills to increase your capabilities. You will work on yourself to be able to deal with situations more consciously, freely, and skillfully.
Entering a coaching track can be a big step for many people. It certainly is no small feat: you are about to start something new, to work on yourself, and you need to go beyond your comfort zone to do so. That can be quite a stressful thing to do and sometimes even confronting.
So, it is important to know that your learning process and learning pace are taken into considerati-on. Each coaching track is tailor-made and involves a gradual build-up to the goals we set together.
