The purpose is to come together in a different context, to relax and have fun to-gether while simultaneously strengthening the team.

2) Medium track:
This format is for teams that want to work together even better. A team that wants to focus on each other and invest in each other; one that wants to work to grow to the next level or that wants to work on one or more themes that it encounters as a team. Issues that regularly come up in team coaching:

What have we already achieved in our development as a team and what else do we still need to learn?

How do we view each other?

Vision. Where are we going?

How do we strengthen our sense of being an ‘us’?

How do we improve our communication among ourselves or with other teams?

How can we focus more on similarities instead of differences?

How do we learn to understand and use each other better?

How do we shed old perceptions of each other and be open to each other again?

3) Intensive track:
This format is for teams where there may be some tension, conflict, and/or where there is so-mewhat of an unsafe atmosphere, resulting in a lack of open communication with each other. It is suitable for teams that may have been neglected and have lost sight of each other or trust in them-selves, the team, or their leadership. For teams that have experienced one or more difficult events and where the past continues to affect them.

This format often takes longer than the medium track because:

It often involves a preliminary phase consisting of individual interviews to get a better idea of the themes at play.

A joint meeting follows, during which we will discuss the general findings and set the team coaching goals together.

We will start by working on a safe and open environment.

The next step will be working on the jointly chosen themes.

At the end of the track, and perhaps in a follow-up, the focus will be on how to secure the positive changes.

Each team is unique to me.
